- It's in Manises, about 11 km by road from the centre of Valencia: you get there on the A-3 and its V-11 access road in a quarter of an hour without traffic.
- Metro lines 3 and 5 and the bus go there, but with a large pet and its carrier that means changes, waiting and the rules of each service.
- From Castellón de la Plana it's about 80 km on the AP-7, 50 to 60 minutes in normal traffic: from the province of Castellón it's usually the most practical option.
- With a pet, check-in takes longer than expected: they check your pet's documents and the carrier. That's why we plan the pickup with time to spare.

- You tell us what time you need to be at the terminal and where you're leaving from.
- We plan the pickup with time to spare: with a pet, check-in usually takes longer than expected.
- We drop you at the terminal with the carrier and your luggage.
- On the way back, we wait for you at arrivals and take you home or to your hotel.
If your pet travels alone
We take your pet from home to the drop-off point set by the company it is travelling with, along with its documents and its carrier.
And the other way round: we collect your pet when it arrives and take it home, even if you're not there yet. We let you know at pickup and drop-off and send you photos on WhatsApp.
The drop-off requirements (time, documents, type of carrier) are set by that company. Send them to us and we'll work to them.
What to have ready
- EU pet passport, with the rabies vaccination up to date.
- Identification microchip.
- A recent vet certificate if your destination requires one: if needed, we'll take you to the vet beforehand to get it.
- A carrier of the right size, with its identification label on.
- Lead, water and a little food for the wait at the terminal.
