Ferries leave the port of Valencia for Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca and Formentera, and Baleària also sails from here to Algeria. If you board on foot, because the car stays at home or because you've arrived in Valencia by train, the last stretch to the terminal is the hardest part with a big dog, its carrier and the suitcases: the Trasmed terminal is about 10 km from Joaquín Sorolla station, and by public transport that means metro, bus and a walk.
We pick you up at home, at your hotel or at the station and drop you at your ferry company's terminal with time to board. On the way back, we wait for you when the ship docks. The van is reserved for your family alone, and you can travel with your pet the whole way.
Private trip: only your family's pets travel. We never share the van with pets from other families or combine bookings from different customers. And if you like, you come too.

The ferry terminals
- Baleària: the Estació Marítima on the Moll de la Túria (Muelle Turia). Its ships to Mallorca, Ibiza and Formentera leave from here. For Algeria, Baleària gives a different address: Pont de les Drassanes.
- Trasmed: its terminal is on the Moll de Ponent (Muelle de Poniente), with ships to Palma, Ibiza, Mahón and Formentera.
- They are separate terminals and not next to each other: check which company your ticket is with and we'll drop you at the right one.
- Timetables change with the season: always check them with the ferry company before booking.
Pets on board
- Baleària: a pet-friendly seat for pets of up to 8 kg including the carrier, always inside it; pet-friendly cabins; and calm kennels on board for pets that don't travel with you. Pets can't stay in the vehicle.
- Trasmed describes itself as a pet-friendly ferry company. Ask about its conditions (places, weights, kennels) when you buy your ticket.
- To board you need a lead or a carrier, and a muzzle if the law requires one for your dog. Book your pet's place when you buy yours: pet-friendly places run out.
How we organise it
- You tell us the ferry company, the sailing time and where you're leaving from.
- We pick you up with the margin the company asks for foot passengers.
- We drop you at the terminal's passenger entrance with the carrier and the luggage.
- On the way back, we wait for you at the terminal and take you home, to your hotel or to the station.
Frequently asked questions
Will you drop me at the Baleària terminal or the Trasmed one?
Whichever your ticket says. Baleària boards at the Estació Marítima on the Muelle Turia and Trasmed at its terminal on the Muelle de Poniente; they're not the same, so tell us when you book.
Can my big dog travel on the ferry to the Balearic Islands?
Yes, in a pet-friendly cabin or in the ship's kennels, depending on the company. Book its place when you buy your ticket: places for pets are limited.
Will you pick me up when I come back from Mallorca or Ibiza?
Yes. Tell us what time the ship arrives and we'll wait for you at the terminal to take you home. If it's running late, we'll sort it out on WhatsApp.
What are your hours?
Every day, public holidays included, from 8:00 to 20:00. Outside those hours, ask us about emergencies.
How much does it cost?
It depends on where we pick you up. Send us the pickup address, the terminal and the time on WhatsApp at +34 633 14 36 49 and we'll give you a fixed price before you book.
