Private Pet Transport in Valencia, Castellón and Alicante
We're not a taxi: we're the private transport your pet deserves. Hatchi collects your dog, cat or any other pet at your door and takes them wherever they need to go, in a van fitted out for pets and reserved for your family alone. You book in advance on WhatsApp and you know the fixed price before you confirm.
We cover the provinces of Valencia, Castellón and Alicante, from our bases in València, Castelló de la Plana and Alicante. That means the vet, the groomer, doggy daycare, a boarding kennel, the train station, the port or the airport, and the trip back home afterwards.
Write to us in English on WhatsApp and we'll reply in English. Bookings are made in writing, so you can take your time and keep every detail of the trip in one chat.
Private trip: only your family's pets travel. We never share the van with pets from other families or combine bookings from different customers. And if you like, you come too.

- Valencia: the city, its metropolitan area and the whole province, from Sagunt to Gandia and inland to Requena.
- Castellón: the whole province, from Vinaròs to la Vall d'Uixó and from the coast to Morella.
- Alicante: the city, the whole province and nearby towns in the Region of Murcia and Albacete.

What makes it different from a pet taxi
- One family per trip: the van only carries your family's pets. We never share it with pets from other families or combine bookings.
- Door to door: we pick up at your home, hotel or holiday flat and drop off wherever you tell us.
- Any pet: dogs of any size or breed, cats in their carrier and any other pet that can travel safely.
- With you or without you: come along, or let your pet travel with our driver while we keep you posted.
- Updates on WhatsApp when we collect your pet and when we drop them off.
- A fixed price before you book: ask us on WhatsApp with the pickup and the destination.

Is Hatchi a pet taxi?
No. We're not a taxi: we're private pet transport, booked in advance. We collect your pet at your door in a van that is never shared with other families, and take them wherever they need to go, with you or without you.
When do you work?
Every day, weekends and public holidays included, from 8:00 to 20:00. Outside those hours, ask us about emergencies.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the route. Send us the pickup address and the destination on WhatsApp at +34 633 14 36 49 and we'll give you a fixed price before you book.
Can I book in English?
Yes. Write to us in English on WhatsApp and we'll reply in English.
Do you take large dogs and cats?
Yes. Cats travel calmly in their carrier, with no pets from other families, and for a large dog we set up the van to suit its size. Tell us the breed and weight on WhatsApp and we'll confirm.
