Pet Transport in Xàbia (Jávea) — Door-to-Door Pickup
Between Cap de Sant Antoni and Cap de la Nau, with the Montgó closing off the valley to the north, Xàbia (Jávea) has about 31,000 residents spread between the old town, the port at Duanes de la Mar and the Arenal, plus thousands of villas scattered across the hills. Anyone who lives in Xàbia knows you can't get around it on foot. It's a fair way from the old town to the port, and another from the port to the Arenal, and a large part of the population lives in hillside houses towards Cap de la Nau, on the slopes of the Montgó or on the way to La Granadella, where public transport barely runs. If one day you can't use the car, or your big dog doesn't fit in yours, getting to the vet of your choice gets complicated. We drive right up to your door, load your pet calmly and let you know when we collect them and when we drop them off.
For real emergencies, the nearest vet hospital open day and night is AniCura Marina Alta, in the Madrigueres Nord area of Dénia: about 12 km, a good twenty minutes by road. Our hours are 8:00 to 20:00, every day, so we can take your pet there during the day or collect them when they're discharged. Alicante-Elche airport is about 100 km away, roughly an hour and twenty minutes on the AP-7 without traffic, and Hatchi's Alicante base about 88 km. For these long trips it's best to message us a couple of days ahead, especially at Easter and in July and August, when half the town travels at once. Outside our hours, ask us about emergencies.
