Pet Taxi for Large Dogs in Alicante: Ride With Your Dog, Whatever Its Size

In Alicante, the TRAM and the city bus only accept small pets in a carrier, and with a taxi or a ride-hailing car it depends on the driver: the Elche taxi by-law, for example, allows drivers to refuse when what you're carrying could damage the car. With a large dog, that often ends in a ‘no’ at your front door.

We're not a taxi: we're the private transport your dog deserves, and you ride with it, whatever its size. We pick you up at your door, in Alicante, Elche or any town in the province, and take you wherever you need to go in a van just for you. Since 13 October 2026 we also set out from our Alicante base.

Private trip: only your family's pets travel. We never share the van with pets from other families or combine bookings from different customers. And if you like, you come too.

Where we take you

To your vet or to a referral veterinary hospital in the province (page in Spanish).
To the Agua Amarga dog beach, or for a walk in the hills.
To Alicante-Terminal station or to Alicante-Elche airport, with the large carrier in the van.
To the boarding kennel, the groomer or the family home, on the coast or inland.

Which dogs it's for

Large and giant dogs: shepherds, Labradors, Great Danes, mastiffs, Newfoundlands.
Older dogs or dogs just out of surgery that can't jump into a car boot.
Dogs that get nervous in small cars or with other dogs nearby.
And the rest of the family: cats, rabbits, ferrets, birds or reptiles, in their carrier, cage or terrarium.

How it works

Message us on WhatsApp at +34 633 14 36 49 with the pickup, the destination, the time and the size of your dog.
We give you a fixed price before you book; it doesn't change with weight.
We pick you up and you travel together in the van.
If you can't go, we take your dog ourselves and send you photos during the trip.

Hours and price

We work every day, public holidays included, from 8:00 to 20:00. Outside those hours, emergencies only, on request. The price depends on the route, not on the size of your dog, and we give it to you on WhatsApp before you book.

Frequently asked questions

Do you really take dogs of any size?

Yes. From greyhounds to Great Danes. Tell us how much your dog weighs and how big it is when you book and we'll set up the space so it travels safely.

Can I go with my dog?

Yes, you ride with your dog in the van. If you can't make it that day, we take it ourselves and send you photos.

Do you go to Elche, Benidorm or Torrevieja?

Yes, to the whole province of Alicante and to the towns of the Region of Murcia and Albacete within 100 km of our base. If the pickup is far from our base, we include that journey in the price and tell you beforehand.

How much does it cost?

Does my pet share the ride with other families' pets?

No. Every trip is for your family only: the van carries only your household's pets, and we never combine them with other customers' pets or stop to pick anyone up on the way.
