With a small dog in its carrier, catching a train in Valencia is easy. With a medium or large dog, the problem comes before the platform: the metro only accepts small pets in a cage or carrier, the EMT city bus asks for the EMT Mascota card and a carrier no bigger than 45 × 35 × 25 cm, and with a taxi it depends on each driver.
We take you to the station with your pet and your luggage, or we collect your pet when it arrives, with you or with whoever is travelling with it. The van is reserved for your family alone: we never share the trip with pets from other families.
Private trip: only your family's pets travel. We never share the van with pets from other families or combine bookings from different customers. And if you like, you come too.

Valencia's stations
- València Joaquín Sorolla, at Calle de San Vicente Mártir, 171: the high-speed and long-distance station (AVE, Avlo, Ouigo, Iryo, Alvia, Euromed and Intercity). It has a second entrance on Maestro Sosa, at the corner with Filipinas.
- Estació del Nord, at Calle de Xàtiva, 24, next to the bullring: Cercanías commuter trains, Media Distancia regional trains and some Intercity services. Since 30 June 2025 a pedestrian walkway links it with Joaquín Sorolla, 800 metres to the south.
- València Cabanyal, on Avenida de Blasco Ibáñez, in the Cabanyal neighbourhood: Cercanías C-5 and C-6 (the line to Castellón) and Media Distancia. For the seaside neighbourhoods and for anyone heading north, it's usually the most practical.
- Valencia bus station, at Avenida de Menéndez Pidal, 11, next to the old Turia riverbed: buses to the towns of the province and long-distance coaches leave from here.
If you're travelling by train with your dog
- Renfe accepts dogs of up to 40 kg without a carrier on AVE, Avlo, Larga Distancia, Avant and Media Distancia, on the trains marked with a paw print when you buy your ticket: one per person, with a muzzle and a short lead, and with a supplement.
- Pets of up to 10 kg travel in a carrier of up to 60 × 35 × 35 cm.
- On Cercanías commuter trains, dogs travel without a carrier, on a lead and muzzled, one per person.
- Ouigo and Iryo, which leave from Joaquín Sorolla, have their own pet rules: check them before you buy your ticket.
How we organise it
- You tell us the station, the time of your train or bus and where you're leaving from.
- We pick you up with time to spare, so you reach the platform without rushing, allowing for the traffic at that hour.
- We drop you at the station entrance with the carrier and your luggage.
- On arrival, we wait for you at the exit and take you home, to your hotel or wherever you're going.
Where we pick you up
- Every neighbourhood of València, from Benimaclet to Russafa and from Campanar to the Malva-rosa.
- The metropolitan area: Mislata, Xirivella, Paterna, Burjassot, Torrent, Alboraia, Sedaví.
- The rest of the province, when the right train leaves from Valencia and not from your local station.
Hours
We work every day, public holidays included, from 8:00 to 20:00. Outside those hours, emergencies only, on request.
Frequently asked questions
Can I take my large dog on the metro to Joaquín Sorolla?
No. Metrovalencia only allows small pets in a cage or carrier, plus assistance dogs. To get to the station with a medium or large dog, we take you.
Are Joaquín Sorolla and Estació del Nord the same station?
No. Sorolla is the high-speed and long-distance station; the Nord is for Cercanías and Media Distancia. They're 800 metres apart and since 2025 a pedestrian walkway links them, but check on your ticket which one your train leaves from and we'll drop you at the right door.
Can you collect my pet at the station if it's travelling with a relative?
Yes. Whoever is travelling with it hands it over to us at the exit and we take it home. We let you know when we collect it and when we drop it off.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the route. Message us on WhatsApp at +34 633 14 36 49 with the pickup, the station and the time, and we'll give you a fixed price before you book.
Does my pet share the ride with other families' pets?
No. Every trip is for your family only: the van carries only your household's pets, and we never combine them with other customers' pets or stop to pick anyone up on the way.
